For this purpose, this new concept has been introduced by the researchers of Engineering Colleges Rajasthan in which every citizen who are above the age of 18 years as well as has got all the rights to vote, the fingerprints are obtaining as well as storing in the database along with their birth or death record as it has become necessary.

After this procedure, the user will be able to send his finger prints to the service provider as a secured print can be encrypted as well as sent as a sequence of data in the encoded form. Then these finger prints are being verified by the service provider as well as checked for the validity of voting.  Then it can be send to the voter list through SMS. 

Then the user will be able to casts his vote as well as sends second message. As the mobile phone has the connectivity with the computer systems so it is easy in order to store as well as access at the service provider as well as results have been published. The finger print sensor is a monolithic silicon chip which is also comprising a sensing array as well as it has been associated with the circuitry as all covered by the fairly thick coating.

According to the team of researchers of Best B Tech College Rajasthan, it can be embedded easily in the surface of the cell phone where there is the coating for the purpose of protecting if from the disadvantages of normal usage. It has the many advantages over the other fingerprint sensors which is that it can ignore the external fingerprint in the layer of living cells where the fingerprints have been created.
