Quantum Computing with photons

A new form of light has been created by the team of researchers of Engineering College Rajasthan which has the ability to enable quantum computing with photons by performing an experiment of two flashlights into a dark room. Then they have been shined in order to cross light beams but no peculiar feature has been noticed by them as individual photons which are responsible for making up light do not interact.

Instead of this, they simply pass each other by indifferent sprit in the night. But we often wonder that what would happen if these light particles could be able to interact, attract as well as repel each other such as atoms in ordinary matter. The one possibility of light sabers is beams of light which can easily pull and push on each other, making for dazzling as well as epic confrontations. In more one situation, two beams of light can meet and merge as well into one single luminous stream.

 It has been estimated by the researchers that there can be requirement of bending the rules of physics by such optical behavior. So it has been demonstrated by the scientists of Best B Tech Colleges Rajasthan that photons can be used in interacting an accomplishment which has the capacity to open an option by using photons in quantum computing only if is not in light sabers. In a paper, it has been reported that groups of three photons have been observed by the research team which are interacting and sticking together in order to form a completely new kind of photonic matter.

It has also been found by the researchers in the controlled experiments that when a very weak laser beam has been sparkled by them through a dense cloud of ultra cold rubidium atoms instead of exiting the cloud as single, randomly spaced photons. The photons have been bound together in pairs or triplets, which are suggesting that some kind of interactions in this case as well as attraction taking places. While photons generally have no mass and travel at three kilometers then it has been found by the researchers that actually a fraction of an electron’s mass has been acquired by the bound photons.
